- 1/3 cup curry powder, or to taste
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat until it reaches a suitable temperature. Introduce the onion and cook until it becomes tender and develops a rich golden color, spanning 5 to 8 minutes.

Introduce the chicken; decrease the heat to a lower setting, cover the skillet, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink in its center and the juices flow freely, 20 to 40 minutes.
