  • 4 (5 ounce) boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preheat your air fryer oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit (or 190 degrees Celsius, if you prefer metric).

In a shallow dish, blend together Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, parsley, and pepper until you have a uniform mixture. Mix everything together thoroughly.

Anoint each pork chop with olive oil, making sure to cover it evenly. Then, dip both sides of the chop into the Parmesan mixture, coating it thoroughly. Place the coated chop on a plate and repeat with the remaining chops.

Load two pork chops into the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping the chops halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning. Remove the cooked chops from the air fryer and transfer them to a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining chops.
