- 1 tablespoon bagel seasoning blend

Combine the dry ingredients - flour - with the moist component - yogurt - in a large, bowl-like container and blend until you achieve a smooth, pliable mixture. Transfer the combined mixture onto a lightly dusted surface and knead it for 3 minutes, utilizing your hands to manipulate the dough.

Divide the dough into four equal portions. Working with one portion at a time, shape it into a spherical form and then transform it into the characteristic ring shape of a bagel by creating a small indentation in the center using your index finger. Place the shaped bagel on the prepared baking surface. Repeat this process with the remaining dough portions.

Allow the bagels to relax for 15 minutes, during which time they will become more pliable. Lightly spray them with cooking oil and sprinkle with a blend of seasonings typically used on bagels.
