Position the oven rack approximately 6 inches away from the heat source, and set the broiler to its highest temperature. Cover a baking sheet with a layer of aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Place the sandwich on the prepared baking sheet, with the cut side facing upwards. Apply a layer of Dijonnaise to one half of the bread; follow with layers of sliced turkey, Swiss cheese, and diced ham.
