- 3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 pound cooked shrimp - peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, diced

Boil a substantial container of water with a moderate amount of salt until it reaches a rolling boil. Introduce pasta into the boiling water and cook until it becomes soft, approximately 8 minutes. Drain excess liquid.

In a separate process, combine garlic, onion, and oregano within the bowl of a food processor; utilize short pulses to finely chop the ingredients. Warm olive oil in a large cooking vessel over medium heat. Add the onion mixture; cook and stir constantly until it becomes fragrant and almost golden brown. Introduce tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper into the mixture; simmer for around 5 minutes while pasta is cooking, stirring occasionally.

Mix in spinach until it becomes wilted. Just prior to the completion of pasta cooking, incorporate shrimp into the mixture and cook until it reaches a heated state.
