- 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 cup baby corn, drained
- 1/2 cup canned sliced bamboo shoots, drained
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, or to taste

Fill a large pot with water that has been lightly seasoned with salt, then place it over high heat to achieve a rapid boil. Once boiling, gently add the noodles into the pot and return it to a rolling boil. Continue cooking until the pasta rises to the surface, which should take around 1 to 2 minutes; then proceed with draining.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, allowing it to shimmer and become hot. Introduce the onion and garlic into the skillet and stir them for roughly 1 minute, taking care not to burn the ingredients. Next, add the broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet and stir them until they are just tender, which should take around 3 minutes. Introduce the shrimp, water chestnuts, baby corn, bamboo shoots, oyster sauce, and red pepper flakes into the skillet, stirring them together until they are heated through. Continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes to ensure everything is fully cooked.
