Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 7 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste
- 3/4 cup shaved green onions, or more to taste
- 1/3 cup honey-roasted peanuts, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
1
Fill a massive container with water that has been lightly seasoned with salt, then place it on the stovetop and bring it to a rolling boil.
2
Once boiling, introduce the spaghetti into the pot of water and gently stir it occasionally until it reaches your desired level of doneness, which should take around 12 minutes - you'll know it's done when it still has a bit of bite to it.
3
Then, transfer the cooked spaghetti into a large mixing bowl and combine it with sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, corn oil, red pepper flakes, and salt.
4
Mix everything together until the spaghetti is evenly coated in the dressing.
5
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours to allow all the flavors to meld together.
6
After the waiting period, add some chopped cilantro, green onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds to the bowl.
7
Toss everything together until it's well combined.
