Combine dry ingredients - flour, sugar, and salt - in a bowl to create a uniform mixture.

Separate egg whites from their shells and whisk them vigorously in a suitable bowl until they become stiff and hold air.

Set the egg whites aside for later use.

In a large bowl, blend together milk, egg yolks, oil, and vanilla extract to create a smooth mixture.

Gradually incorporate the dry ingredient mixture into the wet ingredients until they are fully combined.

Using a spatula, gently fold in the egg whites to avoid deflating them.

Melt a small amount of butter in a skillet, then pour a small portion of the batter into the skillet.
