- 1 cup hot milk

Preheat a large, dry skillet over the middle to high heat setting. Introduce the semolina into the skillet and initiate a gentle, constant stirring motion to toast the mixture. Simultaneously add sugar and cardamom to the skillet, blending them into the semolina as it cooks until a light brown hue and enticing aroma are achieved, approximately 10 minutes.

Prepare another skillet by heating a small amount of ghee over the middle heat. Add cashews to the skillet and engage in gentle stirring until they reach a light, toasted state, roughly 10 minutes. Combine the toasted cashews with the semolina and remaining ghee in the skillet. Gradually incorporate hot milk into the mixture, stirring persistently until it reaches a thick consistency suitable for forming small balls. Remove from heat and shape into palm-sized clusters. Allow to cool before serving
