- 4 (6 ounce) fillets rainbow trout
- 1 pinch lemon pepper

In a medium-sized bowl, merge the yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon zest, olive oil and salt to taste. Combine these ingredients thoroughly before setting them aside temporarily.

Activate the oven's broiler function and prepare a suitable pan for this purpose. Lightly spray the pan with a non-stick cooking spray to prevent food from sticking.

Sprinkle the fillets generously with lemon pepper and position them on the prepared broiler pan. Place the fillets under the oven's broiler for approximately 8 minutes, or until they break apart easily with a fork. To present the dish, spoon the yogurt sauce over the cooked fish.
