- 3 tablespoons minced garlic

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit, which is equivalent to 190 degrees Celsius.

Next, take a large baking sheet and give it a generous coating of melted butter, approximately equal to one-quarter cup.

Arrange the mushroom caps in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, with their gill sides facing upwards.

To prepare the filling, combine lobster meat, one cup of mozzarella cheese, crushed croutons, the remaining half cup of melted butter, crabmeat, and minced garlic in a bowl.
