  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning TM
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (or 200 degrees Celsius, if you prefer metric).

In a medium-sized bowl, blend together the crab meat, mayonnaise, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay Seasoning, salt, a pinch of heat from the cayenne pepper, dry mustard powder, and a beaten egg until everything is well combined.

Place the crab mixture into an 8-inch round baking dish and cover it evenly with a layer of bread crumbs. Then, sprinkle a pinch of paprika over the top to add some extra flavor.
