- 1 Hass avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped, or to taste
- 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 dash hot sauce, or to taste

Begin by positioning tortillas on a microwave-safe dish. Position shredded Cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla, closer to one edge. Microwave on high power for a short duration to melt the cheese, approximately 20-30 seconds.

Next, heat butter in a skillet over medium temperature. Whisk eggs together in a separate container. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet; cook and stir constantly until the eggs are fully cooked, taking around 5 minutes.

Now, place the cooked eggs on top of the melted cheese on each tortilla. Add sliced avocado, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro on top of the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add a dash of hot sauce on top.
