  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Begin by preheating your oven to a hot temperature of 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees Celsius.

Next, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; sauté and stir zucchini and onion until they are soft and tender, taking around 10 minutes. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, and oregano; mix well to coat the vegetables.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and mozzarella cheese together until smooth. Combine the zucchini mixture with the egg mixture.

Then, divide crescent dough into two equal parts and place them in an 8x12-inch baking dish; press the dough down firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the dish to form a crust. Spread mustard evenly onto the crust. Pour the zucchini-egg mixture into the crust.
