- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 leaves of lettuce

Combine the tuna, egg, bread crumbs, onion, celery, red bell pepper, mayonnaise, hot chili sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix everything together until you have a smooth consistency. Add the dill, salt, and pepper to taste.

The mixture will be quite soft and fragile at this point, so it's a good idea to refrigerate it for 30 minutes before shaping into patties. This will make the mixture firmer and easier to handle if you need to.

Next, prepare a non-stick skillet by spraying it with cooking spray. Fry the tuna patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until they're cooked through. Be careful when flipping them as they can be delicate.
