- 1 pound sausage
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Next, lightly coat a baking sheet with a thin layer of oil to prevent the pie crust from sticking.

Roll out the pie crust dough on a flat surface and apply it generously with a layer of mustard.

Add 1/2 pound of sausage to each pie crust, spreading it evenly across the surface. Use a spatula to press down on the sausage and flatten it slightly.

Combine the pie crust mixture with the flattened sausage, then roll the entire mixture into a tight cylinder.
