Begin by placing a pot of water on the stovetop and bringing it to a rolling boil. Next, add the ramen noodles to the boiling water and allow them to cook for 3 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the pot from the heat and discard the excess water.

In a separate pan, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until it becomes translucent and fragrant, approximately 2 minutes. Then, add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir them into the onion mixture for an additional 2 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, water, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Pour the egg mixture into the same pan used for cooking the noodles, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the eggs are fully set and cooked through, taking anywhere from 2 to 4 minutes.
