- 1 (8 ounce) package silken tofu, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces

Combine water and dashi granules in a medium-sized saucepan over high heat, stirring constantly until it reaches a rolling boil. Gradually decrease the heat to medium and whisk in the miso paste until it's fully incorporated. Introduce the tofu into the mixture, followed by the delicate layers of green onions that have been carefully separated. Allow the soup to simmer softly for 2-3 minutes before it's ready to be served.
