- 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/4 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and introduce the ground beef into it. Cook and stir constantly until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Discard any remaining grease that accumulates during the cooking process. Introduce the spinach into the skillet and cook until it has lost its initial firmness, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the skillet from heat and allow it to cool down for 10 minutes.

Transfer the beef mixture to a bowl. Add the Parmesan cheese, parsley, bread crumbs, olive oil, egg, garlic salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix everything together until it's well combined. Use a grinder or food processor to blend the mixture into a smooth consistency.
