- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten

Combine the ground lamb, finely chopped onion, diced chilies, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a large cooking vessel. Add a pinch of ginger paste and garlic paste for flavor, along with white pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves to give it a unique taste. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is evenly browned and the onions are tender, approximately 15 minutes. Introduce some chopped cilantro into the mixture and cover it before setting it aside.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Unfold puff pastry sheets on a lightly dusted surface and cut each one into 9 equal squares. Roll out the pastry to a thickness of 1/4 inch and spoon about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the prepared meat mixture into the center of each square. Dip the edge in water, fold one corner over to form a triangle shape and press it firmly into place. Make sure not to overfill the triangles, as they may burst in the oven during baking. Arrange the patties on a foil-lined baking sheet, leaving at least an inch of space between each one. Brush the tops lightly with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake the patties in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown all over. Serve the hot patties immediately for the best flavor experience.
