  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 diced fresh jalapeno pepper, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 (6 inch) corn tortillas

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit, or one seventy five degrees Celsius.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, green onion, and jalapeno pepper until the beef is uniformly browned. Combine water with taco seasoning and stir, then continue to cook until the liquid has been fully absorbed.

In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, condensed soup, and cheese to create a savory mixture.

Divide the meat mixture equally among tortillas. Place a small amount of the cheese mixture on top of the meat, and then roll up the tortilla. Arrange these rolled tortillas in a 7x11 inch baking dish, repeating the process for each tortilla. Spoon any remaining cheese mixture over the top of the rolled tortillas.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
