Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 skinned, boned duck breast halves
Instructions
1
Collect and prepare all necessary components.
2
Combine Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, hot sauce, and a pinch of black pepper in a substantial container. Add the duck breasts; thoroughly mix to ensure they are evenly coated with the marinade mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to overnight, allowing the flavors to meld together.
3
Heat up the grill to a medium-high temperature.
4
Take the duck breasts out of their marinade and cook on the preheated grill, following your desired level of doneness, which typically takes 5 to 7 minutes per side. Use an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the breast to verify that it has reached a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Discard the leftover marinade.
