- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 boneless chicken thighs, with skin

Position the oven rack approximately 6 inches away from the heat source and activate the broiler. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine softened butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, chopped parsley, and a pinch of black pepper in a microwave-safe container. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every minute, until the butter is fully incorporated and smooth.

Place the chicken breasts skin-side up on the prepared baking dish. Pour most of the butter mixture over the top, leaving a small amount to brush during cooking.

Transfer the chicken to the preheated oven and broil until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when checked with a thermometer, flipping and brushing occasionally, around 20 minutes.
