- 1 slice mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 cubes

To prevent your muffin tin from sticking, lightly spray it with a non-stick cooking spray.

Next, add a thin layer of sliced potatoes to the bottom of each muffin cup. Follow this by placing a small amount of melted butter on top.
