Ingredients
- 1 (2 pound) fat-trimmed pork tenderloin
- 1/3 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Asian chile paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
Instructions
1
Place the pork tenderloin in a shallow container to allow it to absorb the flavors.
2
Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium-sized bowl. Whisk until well incorporated with green onions, garlic, brown sugar, chile paste, and pepper to create a harmonious blend. Pour the sauce over the tenderloin, ensuring it's evenly coated on all sides. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
3
Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
4
Transfer the pork tenderloin with its marinade to a baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), which should take around 25 to 30 minutes. Once cooked, allow the meat to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before carving.
