- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large portobello mushroom caps

Combine the ingredients of cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, and garlic in a baking dish. Position the mushroom caps face up within the dish. Pour the marinade into the cap cavities, cover with aluminum foil, and allow for 15 minutes of marinating time.

Heat the oven to a temperature of 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Rotate the mushrooms and continue to bake until they are tender and juicy, approximately 8 more minutes.
