Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 pound fresh snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon water, or more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste

Collect all necessary ingredients beforehand.

Heat a skillet over medium temperature, then melt butter inside it. Introduce garlic into the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until aromatic, approximately 30 seconds pass. Incorporate Italian seasoning into the mixture by stirring well.

Add snow peas and water to the skillet, then continue cooking and stirring until the peas turn bright green and become tender, around 2 minutes have elapsed. Add olive oil and lemon juice to the skillet, stirring again. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
