Ingredients
- 6 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 (32 ounce) package sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, sliced

Combine the apples and sauerkraut in a large, deep pan over medium heat. Heat it up until the mixture starts to bubble and gently simmer for around 10 minutes, or until the apples begin to lose their crispness. Add a generous amount of brown sugar and sliced kielbasa to the pan, stirring well to combine. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, or until everything is heated through and the flavors have melded together nicely.
