- 1/2 cup red pepper strips
- 1/2 cup green pepper strips
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan over a moderate temperature until it reaches the desired heat level for cooking sausage, bell peppers, and onion.

Cook the sausage, bell peppers, and onion in the pan for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the sausage is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Take the cooked sausage, bell peppers, and onion out of the pan.

Introduce eggs to the same pan and cook them over the medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they are fully set.

Combine the cooked eggs with the sausage mixture and add shredded cheese to it.
