Combine eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl to create a harmonious blend. Introduce milk, flour, and oil into the mixture, stirring until it reaches a state of perfect uniformity. The resulting batter should be smooth and have a thin consistency.

Preheat two small nonstick pans over medium heat. Anoint the pans lightly with oil to prevent sticking. Pour in an amount of batter that just covers the bottom surface of each pan. Utilize a gentle tilting motion to distribute the batter evenly across both pans.

Once the edges of the blini begin to develop a golden hue, approximately 2 minutes into cooking, carefully lift them off the heat source. Flip the blini over and continue to cook until the other side is equally golden, about 1 minute more. Arrange the cooked blini on a plate in a neat stack.
