Rosemary Lemon Baked Salmon
Ingredients
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 salmon fillets, bones and skin removed
  • coarse salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.
2
Take half of the lemon slices and place them in a single layer on a baking dish. Next, add 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary on top and then position the salmon fillets accordingly. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the salmon, followed by another layer of rosemary sprigs on top. Finally, add the remaining lemon slices to complete the layering process.
3
Pour a sufficient amount of olive oil over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well-coated.
4
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
