Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts with Feta and Walnuts
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).
2
Take all the ingredients - Brussels sprouts, red onion, and garlic - and place them in a spacious container. Drizzle the contents of the vinegar bottle, olive oil, and maple syrup over them to coat evenly. Mix well with a spoon until everything is fully incorporated. Add some salt and pepper to taste, then transfer the mixture to a baking sheet.
3
Put the Brussels sprouts mixture in the oven and roast until they are tender and the sauce has thickened, which should take around 40 minutes.
4
Take the Brussels sprouts mixture and sauce out of the oven, then transfer them to a large serving dish. Add some chopped walnuts, cranberries, and crumbled feta cheese to the mixture; stir everything together until it's well combined.
