Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Arborio rice
- 4 1/2 cups hot chicken stock
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fill the rice cooker with cooked chicken stock and add uncooked rice to it.

Activate the cooker by pressing the Start button, allowing the process to run until its cycle is complete and it switches to the Keep Warm mode.

Allow the cooked rice to sit undisturbed, with its lid still in place, for an additional 10 minutes or until it reaches the perfect level of tenderness.

Top the cooked rice with a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese and gently mix it in.
