- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups cubed cinnamon swirl bread
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the rhubarb with sugar and cinnamon until they are well combined.

Add half of the bread cubes to the bowl and gently stir them in so they're evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 2-quart microwave-safe baking dish and top it off with the remaining bread cubes.

Drizzle melted butter over the entire surface of the dish.

Cook in the microwave on maximum power for 12 minutes, or until the rhubarb is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
