  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup gin
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled

Combine rhubarb and enough water to submerge it in a large saucepan.

Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the intensity and let it simmer until the rhubarb is soft.

Drain the liquid from the saucepan and either mash or blend the rhubarb to a desired consistency.

In a separate bowl, combine the mashed or blended rhubarb with sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, gin, and water.
