Ranch Zucchini Meatloaf
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce
Instructions
1
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray to prevent the loaf from sticking.
2
Meanwhile, combine ground beef, ground turkey, shredded Cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, grated zucchini, chopped onions, sliced bell peppers, egg, ranch seasoning mix, and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl until the ingredients are evenly blended.
3
Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and position it in the center of the prepared baking dish.
4
In a separate, small bowl, whisk together ketchup and steak sauce until they form a smooth, uniform mixture. Pour the sauce over the meatloaf.
5
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Use a food thermometer to check the meat's doneness.
