Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, and egg in a bowl using your hands to mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Utilize an ice cream scoop, if available, to shape the mixture into rounded meatballs with a diameter of approximately 1.5 inches. Place these meatballs in the preheated baking dish, leaving about half an inch of space between each one. Gently press the bottom of each meatball with your fingers to create a slight indentation.
