- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 dashes hot sauce (such as Tabasco®)
- 4 (6 ounce) cans solid white tuna packed in water, drained
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 12 corn tortillas

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and pour in olive oil. Introduce the tomatoes, green onions, garlic, cumin, and oregano into the skillet; cook until the tomatoes become tender and easily mashed, approximately 5 minutes. Decrease heat to low. Introduce the tuna into the skillet; gently separate it into small, manageable pieces and combine with the other ingredients. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste; mix well. Cover the skillet and cook until the tuna is warmed through, around 2 to 3 minutes more.

Arrange six tortillas in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate and cover them with a damp paper towel. Heat the tortillas in the microwave until they become pliable and soft, 15 to 20 seconds. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas. Spoon the tuna mixture over the warm, pliable tortillas.
