Ingredients
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed, or more to taste
- 10 ounces frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
Instructions
1
Collect all necessary components.
2
Combine stock, cream, flour, soy sauce, a pinch of pepper, and a few sprigs of rosemary in a substantial saucepan over low heat until the mixture is well-blended and free of lumps.
3
Heat gently, stirring periodically, until the sauce reaches a suitable consistency, approximately 10 minutes.
4
Introduce thawed meatballs into the sauce and continue cooking until they are heated through, roughly 5 additional minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the meatballs should register at least 160 degrees F (71 degrees C).
5
Assess the flavors and make any required adjustments prior to presentation.
