  • 1 (4 ounce) boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Combine the steak sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl until they form a uniform blend.

Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over extremely high heat; sauté the onion and ginger over medium-high heat until they develop a light, caramelized color, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Add the steak, broccoli, mushrooms, and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender, roughly 8 minutes.
