Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 4 cups cucumber spears
- 2 cloves garlic, whole
- 2 heads fresh dill

Collect all necessary components beforehand.

Combine water, vinegar, sugar, and sea salt in a saucepan over high heat; bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Take the saucepan off the heat source and allow it to cool down completely.

Mix together cucumber spears, garlic cloves, and fresh dill in a spacious glass or plastic covered container.

Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the cucumbers, garlic, and dill in the container.

Seal the container with its lid and refrigerate it for at least 3 days.
