  • 1/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard

Combine the ingredients of a marinade, including cracker crumbs, egg, lemon juice, hot sauce, mustard, and paprika, in a bowl; mix them thoroughly. Add the salmon fillet to the mixture and stir until it's well-coated.

Allow the mixture to sit for at least 5 minutes, enabling the flavors to meld together and create a harmonious blend.

Heat up a grill to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line the grill pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
