  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds crawfish tail meat

Introduce the onion, green bell pepper, green onions, and celery into the pan; cook these vegetables constantly until the onion becomes transparent and they have started to lose their crunchiness, approximately 10 minutes. Combine the golden mushroom soup, parsley, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper into the pan; bring this mixture to a rolling boil.
