  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans turkey chili with beans, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese, or as desired
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream, or to taste

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Take a bowl and combine the cornbread mix, milk, and egg. Mix these ingredients together until they form a slightly uneven consistency.

Place the turkey chili with beans into a 9-inch pie dish. Then, pour the cornbread batter over the top of the chili.

Put the pie dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cornbread edges start to turn golden brown and the center is fully cooked.
