- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 pounds zucchini, cut into chunks
- 1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder

Heat a saucepan over medium temperature, allowing the butter to soften and melt. Introduce sliced zucchini into the pot along with chicken broth, salt, and a pinch of curry powder; continue to cook until the zucchini reaches its tender state, approximately 15 minutes.

Carefully pour the soup mixture into a blender, leaving about half of its capacity empty. Cover the blender and secure the lid in place; pulse the blender a few times before releasing it, allowing you to blend the mixture further.
