  • 8 ounces cooked pulled pork without sauce, chopped
  • 2 leftover baked potatoes, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter within it; then cook the onion in the melted butter, stirring occasionally, until it is slightly tender and softens, approximately 2 minutes. Next, add the pork to the skillet and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
