Add sufficient water to cover the ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil; afterwards, reduce heat and let it simmer until the prunes have become tender, approximately 10 minutes. Remove the prune filling from heat and allow it to cool down.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line three baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt to create a uniform mixture.
