- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 (12 ounce) packages frozen riced cauliflower medley
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Preheat the skillet by warming sesame oil over a moderate flame. Introduce minced garlic and grated ginger into the pan, allowing them to mingle with the oil for approximately one minute. Next, add a mixture of riced cauliflower and seasonings to the skillet, stirring constantly as they reach a tender yet crisp state, roughly after five minutes of cooking.

Subsequently, pour soy sauce into the empty side of the skillet and stir for one minute to allow its flavors to meld.

Transfer the cauliflower mixture to one corner of the skillet, creating a separate section for it. Pour beaten eggs into this newly created space and cook until they are fully scrambled, taking around three minutes to achieve.

Combine the eggs with the cauliflower mixture by stirring them together and cook until they reach a heated state, approximately one minute later.
