- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup salsa
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Heat a moderate amount of olive oil in a compact cooking vessel over an intermediate temperature. Pour eggs into the skillet; cook and stir the eggs until they reach a solid state, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

Transfer black beans to a microwave-safe container. Microwave at maximum power until the beans are warm, roughly 1 minute. Distribute the warmed black beans evenly between two serving dishes.
