- 1 (12 ounce) bag shredded Mexican cheese blend (such as Kraft®)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce, or as needed
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef gravy, or as needed

Combine the flour in a spacious container. In a separate container, blend water, egg, yeast, and sugar until well combined in a smooth mixture. Create a depression in the flour by making a hole, then pour the yeast mixture into it. Mix until the dough comes together as one, adding a small amount of flour or water if necessary to achieve the right consistency. Cover the container with a cloth; set it aside to allow the dough to rise until it has doubled in size, approximately 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). Arrange the French fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake the fries in the preheated oven until they are golden brown, approximately 20 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon pieces until they are browned, about 5 minutes; remove them to drain on a paper towel.

Spray a round pizza pan with baking spray to prevent the dough from sticking. Punch down the dough, and flatten it onto the pizza pan. For a stuffed crust, sprinkle about 1/4 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend around the edge of the dough, roll it inward over the cheese, and pinch the dough to seal.

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough. Spread the French fries over the dough; pour gravy over the fries as needed to cover them completely. Top with the remaining Mexican cheese blend. Sprinkle the bacon pieces evenly over the pizza.

Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
